Trying Sprint for 30 days – a few questions

I get great T-Mobile coverage at home, but zero at work inside my building. I had Project Fi for a bit and I was able to test/verify that Sprint works very well at my work. It seemed to work at home fine, but the phone preferred T-Mobile for whatever reason.
